Our mission
Every day, millions of people search for "best [product]" and land on pages full of ads, sponsored placements, and content written to rank on Google — not to actually help buyers.
We built Top10Choice differently. Every guide on our site is driven purely by Amazon customer ratings, review counts, and sales data. No brand pays to appear on our lists. No product gets a higher rank because of advertising spend. The data decides.
Our goal is simple — when you land on a Top10Choice guide, you should be able to scroll to #1, click, and trust that it is genuinely the best-reviewed product in that category on Amazon right now.
How we rank products
Our ranking methodology is straightforward and transparent. Here is exactly how every top 10 list is built:
We search Amazon for a category keyword — for example "robotic lawn mowers" — and pull the top organic results, excluding all sponsored and paid listings.
For each product we collect the title, brand, images, customer rating, total review count, and feature bullet points directly from the Amazon product listing.
Products are ranked in the order Amazon returns them for the keyword — which reflects a combination of sales velocity, ratings, reviews, and relevance. We do not manually reorder results.
Our data pipeline refreshes guides regularly so that new bestsellers appear and discontinued products are removed. The "Updated" date on each guide reflects the last time data was refreshed.
What we don't do
We think it's just as important to be clear about what Top10Choice is not.
We are a data-driven site, not a testing lab. We do not purchase, handle, or personally evaluate any product. Our content is based entirely on Amazon listing data and customer reviews.
No brand, manufacturer, or seller can pay to appear on our lists or improve their ranking. Our affiliate relationship is exclusively with Amazon — not with individual brands.
Amazon prices change frequently. Rather than show potentially stale prices, we send you directly to Amazon where you always see the current price before purchasing.
Product descriptions on our site come directly from Amazon listing content. We do not fabricate or embellish product capabilities or features.
How we make money
Top10Choice.com is free to use and always will be. We earn revenue through the Amazon Associates program. When you click a link on our site and purchase a product on Amazon within 24 hours, we earn a small commission — typically between 1% and 10% of the sale price depending on the category.
This commission comes from Amazon's existing margin and adds no cost to you whatsoever. You pay exactly the same price on Amazon whether you arrived through our site or directly.
